A T5 recessed luminaire with electronic high frequency control gear and T5 14, 20, or 24 watt lamps. Suitable for both 15 and 25mm T grid ceilings. They can incorporate dimmable DSI or DALI control gear or standard fixed output gear. Construction The body is made from zintec plated sheet steel with is CNC punched and folded to create an accurate body. The steel is degreased and iron phosphate treated prior to post painting with epoxy polyester paint in RAL 9003, white. The control gear is directly mounted on the rear of the body and is robot wired for cost and consistency. The louvre has been specially designed for maximum efficiency, with a 65° cut off and a maximum intensity of less than the 1500mc required for LG7 compliance. It is manufactured from Miro 4 4400AG specular aluminium with a Furukawa or White Optics back reflector and two pieces of Jungbecker prismatic diffusers to the rear. The precision formed back reflectors are CNC rolled and powder coated in a 20% gloss RAL 9003 white paint finish.
